Is shipping free?
In Germany we ship completely free of charge. For EU countries outside the EU, we charge a fee depending on the country.

What happens if I'm not there on the first delivery attempt?
If the parcel delivery person doesn't find you, you can use the shipment tracking to see whether your parcel was delivered to a neighbor or to a branch, for example. If the parcel courier has taken your parcel away again, please write us an email and we will try to deliver it again.
